Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Code of Conduct and Business Ethics impresses upon the officers and employees and instructs them on how they are to conduct themselves in relation to fellow employees, the management, the quality of products & services, a way to do business with the customers, and a credo about safety. The Code of Conduct prescribes what are expected of the officers and employees in relation to following circumstances:

  • Conflict of Interest

  • Bribes and Kickbacks

  • Use of Assets

  • Confidential Information

  • Personnel Hiring

When warranted, sanctions are applied or imposed upon verified infraction of the code. Sanctions are graduated according to the gravity of the offense and range from reprimand or suspension to termination from service / employment and may include the filing of the appropriate legal case/s.
